Blur for Vue3

A lightweight directive that partially hides UI elements by applying a configurable blur effect and adjustable opacity. It allows developers to visually obscure content while keeping layout and interaction intact, making it ideal for preview states, restricted content, or progressive disclosure. Both blur intensity and transparency can be fine-tuned to achieve the desired level of concealment.
